A M Lamberth sr. To J. K. P. Lamberth Registered Novr. 24th 1876 This Indenture made and entered into this Nov 17th 1876. Between A M Lamberth Sr. of the one part & J K P Lamberth of the other part both of the county of Hardeman and State of Tennessee. Witnesseth that A M Lamberth Sr. has Sold and conveyed & by these presents doth transfer and convey to J. K. P. Lamberth his heirs and assigns for the consideration of Sixteen Hundred Dollars in cash to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged a certain piece or lot of ground in the town of Middleton on the Memphis & Charleston Rail Road Known as A M Lamberth Store House the home the Same J. K. P. Lamberth is doing business in said lot in Hardeman County & State of Tennessee Bounded as follows Beginning at C. M. Lamberth Store House Lot the S.W. corner on the Line of the Depot land runs North to the South Boundary line of Jas. E. Jenkins Residance Lot 102 ft. thence W. with the line of the Same to the corner of the Same its S.W. corner and to the E. Boundary line of a Lot now owned by F. Lamberth thence south with F. Lamberth line 22 ft. to corner of the same thence with his S. boundary line to the N.E. corner of J. B. Jenkins Store House Lot 38 ft. in all thence south with the E. boundary line of said J. B.
