A M Lamberth Sr. To W H Seddens } deed 2 tracts Registered Novr. 23rd 1876. This Indenture made and Entered into between A M Lamberth sen. of the one Part & W H Seddens of the other part both of Hardeman County Tennessee. Witnesseth That A. M. Lamberth Sr. have this day for and in consideration of the Sum of Three Thousand three Hundred and forty four Dollars ($3344) To him in hand paid by W H Seddens the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and Sold and by these presents do convey to him the Said W H Seddens his heirs and assigns the following tracts of land. 1st Tract or parcel of land lying in Hardeman County Tennessee 11th civil district Beginning at a Stake with 1 Persimmon ptr 10 poles N of the N.E.C. of E. No. 249 for 90 acres in the name of Thos. A. Graves and runs South passing said corner at 10 poles in all 22 poles to a Stake in the Branch with White oak and maple pts. Thence down said Branch Kincher Bayodens line So 55o East 22 poles thence South 60o East 36 poles then E 31 poles to a Stake with Blk Walnut & white oak pts. the N.E.C. of Said Bayodens E. No. 911 thence south with the East Boundary line 17 poles to a Stake with Post & Blk oak pts then N.E.C. of E. No. 1340 for 195 acres in the name of E. T. Grissons then E with his N Boundary line 120 poles to a Stake with white oak & ash pts. the S.W.C. of E. No. 1072 for 132 acres thence North with its W. Boundary line 111 poles to a stake with Post oak & Black jack pts. the corner of the Same then W. 215 poles to the Beginning being the Southern part of a tract containing 310-acres decreed by the circuit court of Hardeman county to Geo. MacCarter and conveyed by him to Thos. G. McGee & by him to P. Miller and by P. Miller to C M Lamberth & by C M Lamberth & wife to A M Lamberth Sr. being 110 acres more or less. Also one other tract containing 293 acres part of a tract decreed by the county court to A. M. Lamberth at its Jan. Term 1851 and Registered Feb 28th 1853 in Registers office at Bolivar in civil district No. 11 and along the line of No. 12. Beginning at a black oak the North East corner of a 5000 acre tract entered in the name of Jacob Haws in Hardeman county 10th Surveyors District Range 1 and Section 1 Thence South with the East boundary of the Same 250 poles to a Stake. Thence West 185 3/4 poles to Mary T. Lamberth S.E.C. of 52 acre Tract. Thence North with the East Boundary line of the Same to the N.E.C. of the Same 124 poles Thence North with Osker & Harret Lamberth East boundary line 126 poles in all 248 poles to a Stake Thence East 185 3/4 poles to the Beginning.
