Wm. M. Beck & wife To A. M. Lamberth Sr. } deed 103 Acres Registered March 15th 1876 This Indenture made this 14th day of March 1876 between Wm. M. Beck & wife Elizabeth Beck and A. M. Lamberth Sr. all of Hardeman County Tennessee. Witnesseth that Wm. M. Beck & wife Elizabeth Beck for and in Consideration of the Sum of Seven hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by A. M. Lamberth Sr. the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath Bargained and Sold to A. M. Lamberth Sr. his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of Land Containing one hundred and three acres more or less: Beginning at a Stake the NW Corner of a 20 acre Entry made in the name of A. M. Lamberth civil district No. 11 Range 1 Sect 1 of the 10th Surveyors District of Hardeman County Tennessee and Runs South 160 poles to a stake 2 Post oak & Black oak pts. thence West 102 poles to the East Boundary line of a Peice of Land sold by Wm. M. Beck to Francis Harrison thence North 160 poles to a stake thence East 102 poles to a stake the Beginning. To have and to hold ...
