C. M. Lambeth & wife To A. M. Lambeth Sen } deed $1200.00 Registered Nov 16th 1874 This indenture made and entered into between C. M. Lambeth & wife Mary T. Lambeth of the one part & A.M Lambeth Sen of the other part both of hardeman County Tennessee witnesseth that Said C. M. Lambeth & wife Mary T. Lambeth have this day for the Sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by A. M. Lambeth Sen. hath bargained & Sold & by these presents do convey to him the following tract or parcel of land lying in Hardeman County 17th civil District Tennessee Beginning at a Stake with one persimmon pointer ten poles north of the S.D. corner of No. 2419 for 90 acres made in the name of Thomas A. Graves & runs South keeping Said Corner at 10 poles in all 22 poles to a Stake in the Branch with white oak 9 maple Pointers. Thence down said Branch meandering the same with Kinchen Baysdens line S 55o E 22 poles then South 6o E 36 poles then E 31 poles to a Stake with Blk walnut & white oak pointers the N.E. corner of Said Baysden Entry N 911 then South with the E boundary line 17 poles to a Stake with Post oak & Blk oak pointers the N.W. corner of Entry No. 1340 for 195 acres in the name of E. T. Crissans then E with his N. Boundary line 120 poles to a Stake with white oak & ash pointers the S. W. Corner of Entry No. 1072 for 132 acres then N with its W Boundary line 111 poles to a Stake with Post oak Blk Jack Pointers a corner of the Same then west 2.15 poles to the Beginning being the Southern part of a tract Containing 310 acres decreed by the circuit court of Hardeman County to George McCarter and conveyed by him to Thomas L. McGee & by said Thomas L McGee to Pitser Miller and by Said Pitser Miller to C. M.
