C M Lambeth To A M Lambeth Sr. } Deed 1 1/4 Acres Registered January 10th 1872 This Indenture made and entered into this 4th day of December 1871, between C M Lambeth of the first part & A M Lambeth Sr. of the Second part, both of the County of Hardeman & State of Tennessee, Witnesseth, that C M Lambeth for and in consideration of a note for Eight hundred & fifty Dollars On C M Lambeth & Co., dated January 13th 1869. Due Decr. 25th 1869, and interest on Said note up to this date, has bargained and Sold and do by these presents convey to A M Lambeth Sr. a Town lot in Middleton, North of the Memphis & Charleston Rail Road, begining at the Bolivar dirt road, runs west 12 2/3 poles to a Stake, thence north with A. M. Lambeth Sr's line where he now lives 17 1/2 poles to a Stake, thence East 12 2/3 poles to the Bolivar dirt Road, thence South 17 2/3 poles with Said Bolivar dirt road to the begining. Containing 1 1/4 Acres more or less being the Same lot conveyed to me by W F Tipler 16th day of January 1867. Registered in Deed Book T at Bolivar February 27th 1867. To have and to hold ...
