Andrew Craig To Alfred M Lambeth } Deed
I Andrew Craig have this day Bargained and do hereby Transfer and convey to Alfred M Lambeth and his heirs forever for the consideration of Five hundred Dollars cash to me paid in hand a Tract of Land in The state of Tennessee Hardeman County and District No 11 containing by survey 200 acres more or Less and bounded as Follows

 Beginning at a white oake stump The N W corner of Entry No 330 for 152 acres in The name of Alfred M Lambeth Boundary line of Entry No 1015 for 640 acres & runs North 73 Poles to a stake with a hickory Post oake & Black oak Pointers the S.W Corner of an occupant Entry for fifty acres made in the name of Nitson Goodden Thence East 106 Poles to an oak with Sweet Gum and hickory pointers ZTs S.E corner Thence with ZTs East Boundary line South 70 East 30 Poles to a stake with a Black Gum & a Black oake Pointers in the south Boundary line of an occupant entry made in the name of H. Goodden Thence with said line south 84o East 135 poles to an Elm wood with 2 Dogwood & an Elm wood pointers Thence south Crossing Cypress creek in all 160 poles to a stake with two post oak & a Black oak pointers in the North Boundary line of an occupant Entry for 200 Acres made in the name of T. G. Duncan Thence West crossing said creek in all 159 poles to a stake with a white oak pointer on the East Boundary line of said Entry No 330 Thence south 65 poles to the N.E. corner Thence West 88 poles to the Beginning.

To have and to hold ... witness my hand and seal this the 4th day of Decr. 1849. Executed and delivered in our presents in same day and year.
