State of North Carolina Granville County 10th Novr. 1784. This Indenture Made the day Year above Written Between James Viazey Junr. of the One part & Micajah Bullock of the other part Witnesseth that the sd. James Viazey for & in consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred pounds currency to him in hand paid by the said Micajah Bullock have bargained & sold & by these presents do bargain & sell unto the sd. Micajah Bullock the following tract or parcel of land lying on the Nap of Reed Creek Begining at a Maple on the bank of said Creek in McCullocks line runing his line south fifty six Degrees west One hundred & eighty four poles to a white Oak thence by his line South Sixty four Degrees east twenty eight poles to a small gum thence his line South fifty Six Degrees west two hundred & thirty six poles to a post oak in Dyes line thence by his line North thirty five Degrees west twenty eight poles to a post Oak thence by his line South thirty five Degrees west One hundred & Eighty pole to a black oak in Calliers line thence his line North thirty five Degrees west eighty poles to a hickory in the County line thence by his line North One hundred & Ninety four pole to a red oak thence North Sixty Seven Degrees east one hundred & Eighty eight o a red oak & white Oak thence North Nine Degrees west One hundred & twenty poles to an oak thence east three hundred & thirty poles to a corner on the bank of said Creek thence down its Meanders to the Begining Containing & laid Out for Six & forty acres more or less.
