The State of Texas County of Bowie } Know all Men by these Presents: that I Lizzie Wilson joined by my husband R D Wilson of the County of Bowie and State of Texas, for and in consideration of One hundred and twenty five dollars, to us in hand paid by Mrs S F McCright have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and do by these presents Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the said Mrs S F McCright and to her heirs and assigns forever, the following described tract or parcel of land, situated in the County of Bowie and State of Texas, and described as follows: Two Lots of forty acres each more or less on Godley's Prairie about four miles S.W. from Boston, Bowie County Texas, being a part of the HR survey of L M Rice, and Lots Nos eight <8> and ten <10> Beginning at a stake on the W B line of said H.R. the NE corner of lot No ten: Thence South 740 vrs. to a stake Thence east brs a stake. Thence North 740 vrs a stake. Thence West -- vrs a stake the place of beginning including lot no ten <10>  Also beginning 302 vrs. East of the NE corner of said Lot No. 10.
