The State of Texas County of Bowie } Know all Men by these Presents: That I Michael Burgmer Mixia of Limestone County and State of Texas, for and in consideration of my two promissory notes of $150.00 each of true date herewith, and due the 1st of next June 1885 and the second note due the 15th of Nov. next, A.D. 1885, With interest from maturity at the rate of 10% per annum, for the payment of which a lien is hereby retained, up in the hereinafter described tract of land, have bargained, sold, released and conveyed, and by these presents do bargain, sell, release transfer and convey unto Mrs. Sarah F. McCright, wife of W. S. McCright of Bowie County & State of Texas, her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple the following described tract or parcel of land situated in the County of Bowie all that certain tract in the County of Bowie and State of Texas the same being a part of the H. R. survey of Lain M. Rice wituated in the Clarksville road about 1 1/4 miles from the town of Boston. Beginning at the N.W. corner of the Ellis labor. Smith Assignee. Thence W. with S. B. of a tract owned by G. C. Rice 1119 vrs. to said Rice's S. W. corner. Thence S. at 550 vrs. the De Kalb road at 900 vrs, in all a stake, with pointers a mkd. brs. N. 90 E 6 vrs. mk'd S. Thence E. 640 vs. the De Kalb roak in all 1119 vrs. to Bakers N. W. corner. Thence N. 900 vrs. to the beginning, containing 478 acres of land more or less, said place is known as the Shipp place said tract of land was conveyed to me by W. A. Payne. ...
