This Indenture mad ethis 27th of July in year of our Lord 1810 between Micajah Bullock of the County of Granville and State of No. Carolina of the one part & Leonard Bullock of the county & state aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Micajah Bullock for & in consideration of the good will & affection that he hath for his son Leonard Bullock & for the sum of five shillings to him in hand paid by the said Lenard Bullock the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged doth give ... one tract of land lying in Granville County & on the West side of the Ledge of rocks creek containing by estimation 200 acres be the same more or less & bounded as followeth to wit Begining at a pine on the new road Georg Land's corner runing thence by his & Byars line to the Ledge of rocks creek thence up the creek as it meanders to a stake then East to the new road then along the road to the begining.
