In the name of God Amen. I Henry Greene of Kent County in the province of Maryland being in perfect health of body & mind blessed be God for the same but calling to mind the certanty of death & the uncertanty time When it shall happen do make this my last Will and testment in manner & form following --

First I give and Bequeath my soul unto the hands of Almighty God that gave it me in sure and certain hope of a joyful resurrection in and through the minds of my blessed Lord & saviour Jesus Christ and my body to Earth from whence was taken to be buried in such decent manner as my Executrix hereafter named shall think fit and for what worldly estate it has pleased Almighty God to give me I give and bequeath as followeth --

Item I give and bequeath to my Loving son Henry Green two hundred acres of Land Lying in Consico Creek in Talbot County called Caudons hope to him and the heirs of his body Lawfully begotten forever. and for want of such heirs the said Land to be for my daughter Alice Green & her heirs forever --

2dly I give to my son Robert Green two hundred acres of Land called the Out range to him and the heirs of his body Lawfully begotten forever and for want of such heirs to my daughter Hannah Green and her heirs forever. --

3dly I give to my grandson Henry Green a plantation containing one hundred acres of Land called Alder Branch to him & the heirs of his body Lawfully begotten forever and for want of such Heirs to my daughter Ann Green and her heirs forever. --

4thly I give to my son Peter Green my riding horse Saddle & bridle and to my daughter Mary Countis one cow and calfe [and to my daughter Rebeckah Wrench one cow and calfe] and to my son Henry Green 1 Cow & Calf. --

5thly All the rest of my personal estate (after my just debts are paid and my wifes third taken out) to be equally divided between my son Henry Green my daughter Ann Green & my daughter Hannah Green Alice Green & my son Robert Green. The words forever: in the third article of this my will intertined before signed. --

6th I make my loving wife Lucy Green my Whole & sole Executrix of this my last Will & testament. As Witness my hand and seal this 31st day of July 1705.
