Robert Fowler Will

In the name of God Amen.
   I Robert Fowler being in a low condition but of perfect good and sound memory. Impremis I give my body to the earth from whence it was taken in full assureance of Meeting again at the resurection as for my burial I desire it to be decent without pomp or grandure at the discreation of my dear wife and executors hereafter named William Fowler and Agnes Fowler this land I now live on my desire it Should be sold and the money to be equally divided to my dear wife Agnes my mother Ann Fowler and my child my desire is that Esther Fowler should have one bay mare that now is in the care of William Fowler to my mother Ann Fowler one gray mare to my dear wife Agnes Fowler one blaze mare and one bay colt that her father gave her and all the property besides that her father give her and her full there of all my estate so long as she remains in her widowhood thirty pounds I give to Wm. Fowler that is in his own hand and the remainder to be equally divided among the legatees in witness hereof I have set my hand and seal this twenty second day of September 1784.

The foregoing will was proven in court by the oaths of Abednees Inman and that he saw Adam Wilson sign the same as a subscribing witness at August Session 1785 and ordered to be recorded.
