To all &c. Whereas &c. Now Know ye that I the said Edward Diggs Eszr. &c. give and grant unto Ralph Green Four hundred acres of Land situated in the County of Gloucester on the North side of York River. Beginning at the mouth of Joneses Creek and extending along York River Course East South East upon a Small Creek which divideth this Land and the Land of Col. Richard Lee, North North East into the Woods. West North West upon the Land of William Flower which was assigned him by the aforesaid Col. Lee. The said Land being formerly granted unto the said Ralph Green by Patent bearing date the 16th of February 1653 and renewed by order of the Governor &c. Council. To Have and To Hold &c. yielding and paying &c. which Payment &c. dated the 15th of December 1656.
