To all &c. Whereas &c. Now Know yee that I the Said Sir William Berkely doe with the advice and Comfort of the Councile of State Accordingly give and grant unto Ralph Green fifty acres of Land lying & being in the County of Charles River butting upon Queens Creeke North bounded on the Northerne side by Queens Creeke on the North East side with a Small Creeke that Devides this Land from the Land of John Vty, and bounded on the Southwest side with a Dry Gult Neare Wilsons point and See runing South south west half a mile onto the Land Now in possession of John Bell. The Said Land being due unto the Said Ralph Green as sold viz it being part of the Devident of Capt John Vty, and by the said Vty Conveyed to John Lylly and John Bell and by the said Lylly and Bell assigned unto Richard Major and by the said Major assigned unto Richard Jones and by the said Jones to Robert Bouth and by the said Bouth to Buegil Loyd and by John Broach Attorney of the said Loyd to John Hartwell all which by Deed appeareth John Hartwell dyeing Ralph Green Intranarrying with the reciet whoe alsoe dyeing the Land becometh due to the said Green To have and to hold &c to behold &c Yeilding &c which payment is to be made Seven years after the Date of Cap Vtyes Grand patent and not before Dated ye 9th of Aprile 1649.
