Needham Ingram Jr. Executor of William Simpson Sr. decd. has left all the above named property in my possession where he paid it and I hold the same agreeable to said will and I do hereby acquit him of any liability for said property and acknowledge the receipt for the same. this January 27th 1835.

William Simpson Deceased Report
We the undersigned commissioners appointed at December Term 1836 to settle Needham Ingram Executor of William Simpson Snr. Decd. proceeded on the 10th day of December instant to settle and adjust the claims of said Estate and do find that the said Needham Ingram stands indebted to said estate the sum of thirty seven Dollars & Eight two cents and Report accordingly.
