Know All Men by these Presents that we Nightingall Dalby Robt Harris & Charles Barret Gen. are held & firmly bound unto Robert Lewis the Justice in the commission of the Peace for Louisa County for and in behalf and to the Sole use and behalf of the Justice of the sd. County and their Successors in the Sum of fifty Pounds to be paid to the said Robert Lewis his Executors Administrators and assignes to the which Payment well & truly to be made we bind our Selves and Every of us our and every of our heirs Executors and Admrs. jointly  & Severally firmly by these Presents Sealed with our Seals dated this IXth Day of July 1744.

The Condition of this -----on is Such that if the above bound Nightingall Dalby Extr. of the last will & testament of John Howlett deced. do make or cause to be made a true and Perfect inventory of all Singylers the Goods chattels and credits of the Deced. which have or shall come to the hands Possession or knowledge of the sd. Nightingall Dalby or into the hands and Possession of any other Person or Persons for him and the same as made do exhibit into the County Court of Louisa at July time as he shall be thereunto required by the said Court and the Same Goods & chattels and credits and all other the Goods chattels & credits of the said Deced which at any time after shall come to the hands Possession or knowledge of the sd. Nightingall Dalby or into the hands and Possession of any other Person or Persons for him do well & truly Admr. according to Law, and further do make of true and just account of his actings and doings therein when thereto required by the sd. County and also shall well and truly Pay and Deliver all the Legacies contained and Specified in the sd. testament as far as the sd. goods chattels & credits will thereunto extend, and the Law shall charge then this obligation to be void and of none efect or else to remain in full force and virtue.
