Wallace, Abraham - Died before 25 March 1834 when his suit against John L. Yarnell and others was revived in the names of his executors, John Wallace and Zebulon B. Wallace. (Blo TN, Co Ct Min, 1/75)

Wallace, Jesse - Was a resident of Jefferson County, Tennessee as stated in a bill of sale from Matthew Wallace to Wm. Wallace, son of Jesse Wallace, August term 1801. (Blo TN, Co Ct Min, A/268)

Wallace, John - Died before March term 1796 when Ann Wallace was allowed support for herself and children out of his estate. (Blo TN, Co Ct Min, 1/9)  June term 1797 Charity Garison had sued John Wallace for assault and battery and William Wallace assumed liability.  (Ibid A/65)  A wagon in the possession of Thomas Wallace and belonging to the estate of John Wallace was mentioned.  (Ibid 80)  November term 1802 William Lowrey and Ann Lowrey relinquished their right title and claim to the land of John Wallace, deceased, to the heirs of said estate, to wit, Jessee and Mary Wallace.  (Ibid 364)  Jesse Wallace made choice of Bemjamin Wallace as his guardian.  (Ibid 409)

Wallace, Mary - February term 1808 Abraham Wallace was appointed her guardian.  (Blo TN, Co Ct Min, C/33)

Wallace, Matthew - Was a resident of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina Feburary 1795 when he sold land in Greene County, Tennessee. (Gre TN, Co Ct Min, no#/375)

Wallace, William - Died before November term 1799 when the will was entered.  The will named son John Wallace, daughter Joanner Thompson, son Matthew Wallace, son Jesse Wallace, son Oliver Wallace, daughter Polly Mellallard (mcCallard ?), son William Wallace, wife Sara Wallace, three youngest children, daughter Ruthey Wallace, daughter Elizabeth Wallace.  His wife Sarah and son William were named executors.  The will was dated 11 January 1799.  (Blo TN Co Ct Min 1/48)

Grizle, Daniel
Died before 24 September 1856 as shown in the suit of George Grizle & Zana [Yana] Grizle vs. Thomas Hibden & others heirs of Daniel Grizle Decd.  [this may be the same as Samuel Grizzle]  Land is to be sold for distribution.  George Grizle has been paying the taxes for a number of years.  (War TN, Ch Ct Min, 2/167)  In the suit of George Grissle & Zanda Grissle vs Allen Hundley & wife Patsey Hundley, James Hill & wife Betsey Hill, Thos. Hibdon & wife Sarah Hibdon, the children of Milley [Milby] Woolsey [Mosley], Polly Johnson & Wm. Grizzle whose names are not known, land was sold.  (Ibid 193)  On 28 September 1857 it was stated that the widow is now Eighty Years old (Ibid 248)

Grizzle, Saml.
Died about 12 years ago in the County of Warren, intestate.  This was shown 24 September 1856 in the suit of George Grizzle & Zared Grazzle vs Thomas Hibdon & others.  He left the parties mentioned in the bill as his heirs.  (War TN, Ch Ct Min, 2/165)  [This is probably the same as Daniel Grizle.]
