Know all Men by these presents that I Samuel Lambert Senior of the State of North Carolina and County of Craven for the Natural love I bear to my son Samuel Lambert Junior have Given Granted and Set over unto my said Son Samuel Lambert Junior all that tract of Land I now Live on being the remainder of that piece of Land I bought of Richard Blackledge the other upper part I Gave to my son Benjamin, Containing Seventy Five Acres more or less together with all my Stock Household and Kitchen Furniture and property of all nature whatsoever to him and his Heirs and assigns forever reserving my natural life and my Wife in the same. To Have and to hold the said bargained Premises with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said Samuel Lambert Junior his Heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Twenty seventh day of December 1791. Samuel his S mark Lambert (seal) Signed Sealed and Delivered in Presence of Wm. M. Herritage Vincent Hollaway State of North Carolina Craven County Court March Term 1792. Then was the within Deed of Gift proved in open Court by the Oath of William M.
