The State of Texas, County of Parker. } Know all men by these presents that We C. T. Bellenger & A. W. Bellenger of the County of Parker and State of Texas in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars paid and secured to be paid by C. W. McCarty & J. A. Guerry as follows: Four Hundred Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and 3 notes of even date 1 note for $283.25 Dollars with interest from date at 10 per cent per annum, 2nd note for 283.34 Dollars with interest from date at 10 per cent per annum, 3rd note 283.34 Dollars each note dated January 8th 1898. Have granted ... unto the said C. W. McCarty and J. A. Guerry of the County of Parker and State of Texas, all that certain one third interest in a lot or tract of land in the town of Peaster Parker County Texas it being lot No. 3 in Block No. 4 in the town of Peaster in Parker County Texas. Beginning at the North west corner of lot No. 3 in Block No. 4. Thence running South 60 feet a corner. Thence East 120 feet a corner. Thence North 60 feet a corner.
