The State of Texas, County of Parker. } Know all men by these presents that We C. T. Bellenger & J. W. Whitsett of the County of Parker and State of Texas in consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars paid by Masonic Lodge as follows: by the conveyance to us this day one parcel of land on North side of Store & Lodge building in Block 1 and Lot 4 said piece of land ten feet wide & forty feet long containing 400 square feet but with an agreement that no building shall be erected over 13 feet high on said land. Have granted ... unto the said Masonic Lodge No. 776 AF & AM Peaster Texas of the County of Parker and State of Texas, all that certain piece of land, in Block 1 Lot 4. Prader as follows, Beginning at S. E. Corner of Block 1 on College street running west 50 feet. Thence North 441 feet. Thence East 10 feet. Thence south 34 feet. Thence East 40 feet. Thence south 10 feet Containing 840 square feet. but it is expressly understood by said Masonic Lodge that if they should cease to exist as a Lodge at said place said land is to revert back to the party of first part.
