Franco-Texan Land Co. To C. T. Bellinger } Deed.
This Indenture. Witnesseth, That the Franco-Texan Land Company, a corporation created by and existing under the Laws of the State of Texas part of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One hundred & Sixty Dollars $160 00/100 Dollars paid and secured to be paid by C. T. Bellinger of Weatherford, County of Parker, State of Texas party of the second part, as follows: Thirty two Dollars and - cents ($32 00/100) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the balance secured to be paid by five notes of even date herewith and due one, two, three, four, and five years from date: the first thereof is for Twelve Dollars and Eighty cents ($12 80/100) and is the amount of interest at ten per centum per annum on the unpaid balance of the purchase money, above expressed at the maturity of said note, the second, third, fourth and fifth notes are respectively for the sum of Forty Four Dollars and Eighty cents ($44 80/100), Forty one Dollars and Sixty cents ($41 60/100), Thirty Eight Dollars and Forty cents ($38 40/100), Thirty Five Dollars and Twenty cents ($35 20/100) and each of the same is for one fifth of said purchase money and for interest at ten per centum per annum on the amount of purchase money remaining unpaid at its maturity. Has granted, bargained and sold, and Does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, confirm and convey unto the said party of the second part heirs and assigns forever,

All that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being on the waters of  Creek, a tributary of Brazos River, about 31 miles from the town of Weatherford in the County of Parker, State of Texas, and bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning at a stake 16 6/10 vrs S. of N. W. cor of an 80 acre sur. a subdivision of this Sect. in the name of C. T. Bellinger from which a L. O. brs S. 77 E. 8 9/10 vrs. Thence West 432 vrs a cor. from which a L. O. brs S. 72 ¾ E 2 3/10 vrs a B. J. brs S. 41 W. 4 5/10 vrs. Thence S 522 6/10 vrs a cor from which a B.J. brs N. 5 5/10 vrs & Do brs N. 82 ¼ W 2 8/10 vrs. Thence E 432 vrs a corner in the W. B. L. of the aforesaid Bellinger Sur from which a C. B. brs S. 13 ¾ W 3 2/10 vrs a Do brs N 39 W. 5 8/10 vrs. Thence N 522 6/10 vrs. Containing 40 acres more or less, being N. W. ¼ of S. E. ¼ survey No. 213 in said county granted by the State of Texas to the Fidelity Insurance Trust and Safe Deposit Company as Trustee by Patent ... and conveyed ... to Franco-Texan Land Co. ... 1878 ... Save and Excepting a right of way for the main line of Texas and Pacific Railroad in case such railroad shall be constructed over and across said premises.
