Franco-Texan Land Co. To C. T. Bellinger } Deed.
This Indenture. Witnesseth, that the Franco-Texan Land Company, a Corporation created by and existing under the laws of Texas part of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and Twenty Dollars $330.00, paid and secured to be paid by C. T. Bellenger of Weatherford, County of Parker, State of Texas party of the second part, as follows: Sixty four Dollars and - cents ($64 00/100) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the balance secured to be paid by five notes of even date herewith and due one, two, three, four, and five years from date: the first thereof is for Twenty five Dollars and sixty cents ($25 60/100) and is the amount of interest at ten per centum per annum on the unpaid balance of the purchase money, above expressed at the maturity of said note, the second, third, fourth and fifth notes are respectively for the sum of Eighty nine Dollars and sixty cents ($89 60/100), Eighty-three Dollars and Twenty cents ($83 20/100), Seventy Six Dollars and Eighty cents ($76 80/100), Seventy Dollars and forty cents ($70 40/100) and each of the same is for one fifth of said purchase money and for interest at 10 per centum per annum on the amount of purchase money remaining unpaid at its maturity. Has granted, bargained and sold, and Does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, confirm and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever,

all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being on the waters of  Creek, a tributary of  River, about nine miles from the town of Weatherford in the County of Parker, State of Texas, and bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning at the N. W. cor of a survey in the name of John M. White whence a P. O. brs N 52 E 86 vrs A. B. brs S. 65 ½ E 2 3/5 vrs. Thence E 48 vrs Stakes in W. Line of sec No. 201. Thence N. 404 vrs Stakes P. O. brs S. 23 ½ E. 7 vrs D. O. brs S. 81 W. 12 2/5 vrs. Thence W. 495 2/3 vrs Stakes whence a B. J. brs N. 23 ¾ W. 8 3/5 vrs D. O. brs S 55 E 15 2/5 vrs. Thence S. 950 vrs Stakes whence a P. O. brs N. 1 ½ W 12 1/3 vrs Do brs N. 12 ½ W 10 ¾ vrs. Thence E 447 2/5 to Stakes in W. line of said white survey Stake whence a P. O. brs S. 2 ½ E. 11 vrs. Do brs. S. 74 ½ W. 20 2/5 vrs. Thence N. 346 vrs to the place of beginning. containing Eighty <80> acres more or less being in the S. E. part survey No. Two hundred and thirteen <213> in said County granted by the State of Texas to the Fidelity Insurance Trust and Safe Deposit Company, as Trustee, by Patent No. 169 volume 33 dated July Seventh 1876 in Recorded in Book No. 2 page 113 Records of said county and conveyed by said Fidelity Insurance Trust and Safe Deposit Company trustee as aforesaid to the party of the first part by deed dated 1878 and recorded in Book No. 2 page 118 records of said county Save and Excepting a right of way for the main line of the Texas and Pacific Railroad in case such railroad shall be constructed over and across said premises.

Together with all ... To Have and To Hold ... In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto caused its Corporate Seal to be affixed and these presents to be subscribed by its President, and this Twenty Eighth of February A. D. eighteen hundred and eighty Two.
