11/16/1909. Original Petition for Partition. Mrs. S. F. McCright and Pauline McCright, a minor, vs. Mrs. Lemmie McDuffie & husband D. L. McDuffie. 5 tracts: Tract #1 600 acres, Chas. Lewis & Jno. Wheat HRSs, adjoining C. M. Collins, P. S. Wyatt. Tract #2: 60 acres, M. D. G. Godley HRS, adjoining W. S. McCright. Tract #3: 23 1/3 acres, Godley HRS. Tract #4: 246 acres, of Godley HRS. Tract #5: 118 acres, R. F. Peters HRS. Mrs. S. F. McCright owns 14/16, Pauline McCright owns 1/16, and defendants own 1/16. Land worth $9000, plaintiff asks for partition. N. L. Dalby, Attorney for Plaintiffs. 11/17/1909. Summons delivered to defendants.

2/2/1910. Plaintiffs amended petition. Plaintiff Pauline McCright is deceased. Mrs. S. F. McCright now owns 119/128 of land, and defendants own 9/128. Defendants failed to appear, partition granted. Plaintiff gets 209/224, defendant gets 15/224. Commissioners Jas. H. Simms, J. L. Howell, & T. M. Braley to report 5/1910. (Minutes 7/261) Mrs. McCright owns ½ in own right, 6/8 of ½ by deed from six children, ½ of 1/16 by inheritance from deceased daughter, and 6/7 of 1/32 by deed from six children for interest of deceased daughter, totaling 209/224. 3/9/1910. Writ of Partition issued.

5/26/1911. Commissioners executed Writ of Partition. Tract 5 ($535.65) to Mrs. Lemmie McDuffie, tract 1 ($5000), tract 2 ($360), tract 3 ($140), and tract 4 ($1964.35) to Mrs. S. F. McCright. 6/27/1911. Commissioners report filed.

8/1/1911. Commissioners report accepted. (Minutes 7/454)

11/11/1918. #13562. First National Bank of New Boston Texas vs. W. S. McCright & W. P. McCright.
Defendants failed to appear, plaintiff's demands are liquidated. Note for $2735 dated 12/20/1912, due 1/1/1918, 8% interest, balance $3874.42. 6 notes for $600 each, 1 for $706.24, dated 1/1/1914, 10% interest, balance $6605.68. Foreclosure: 178 acres, L. M. Rice survey, adjoining Smith survey, G. C. Rice, Dekalb road, Battle, conveyed to W. S. McCright by W. C. Mitchell 12/6/1912, deed 61/472. (Minutes 9/393)
