Cyrus Broyles & Wm. Cooper Conveyance to Abraham Wallace For 100 Acres of Land.

This Indenture made the eighth day of October in the year 1832 between Cyrus Broyles of Greene county and William Cooper of Blount County and State of Tennessee of the one part, and Abraham Wallace of the county of Blount and State of Tennessee, That for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars by the said Wallace to the said Broyles, has bargained and sold and by these presents doth convey transfer alien relase and confirm unto the sd. Wallace his heirs and assigns forever,

a certain tract or parcel of land, containing one hundred acres of land, lying in the County aforesaid on the waters of Ninemile Creek, Beginning at a stake corner of John Glass, it being part of an original survey made by the State of Tennessee to Thomas Cooper, thence North 38 West, seventy five chains to a black oak, thence South 39 ½ sixty three and a half chain to a stake, thence South 38 East, fifty four and six tenths to a stake on Glasses line, thence North 44 ¾ East, fifteen and a half chain to a stake, then North 67 ½ East, twelve to a stake at the head of a Spring, North 84 ½ East eight chain to a stake, thence North 50 ¼ East 27 six tenths to the beginning,

with all ... To have and to hold ... In Testimony whereunto the said Broyles & Cooper has hereunto set their hands and seals. Interlined before signed the words Exr. & Ads. in the 10th line from bottom.
