McKenize James Moore & wife Jane D. Moore James M. McKenzie Robert M. McKenzie and David U. McKenzie heirs at Law of Joseph McKenzie Esar. decd. for and in consideration of the sum of Eleven dollars & fifty cents to us in hand paid by Arthur A. McKenzie we have and do by these presents bargain Sell & Convey to the said Arthur A. McKenzie a tract of Land lying between Beaver dam Creek & Crowders Creek Containing Eleven and a half acres be the Same more or less bounded NW on Joseph E. McKenzie Land East on James Biggers and South on Beaver dam & the said Arthur A. McKenzie's Land. To have and to hold ...
