 Know all men by these presents that I Joseph McKenzie Sen. of York District & State of South Carolina for & in consideration of two hundred dollars to me paid by Zachariah Stanton of the State and District aforesaid have granted bargained sold & released and by these presents do grant bargain sell & release unto the said Zac. Stanton

all that Tract or parcell of land lying & being on the South Side of Crowders Creek Beginning on a White Oak John Feares Corner Runs thence South 30 Chains to a Stake Thence N. 66 E 5 to a Spanish oak Thence So. 66 E. 166 to a Post Oak Thence So. 30 E. 23 to a Black Jack Thence No. 17 E. 57.50 to a White oak Thence So. 88 W. 33 to the Beginning containing one hundred acres be the same more or less.

Together with all ... To have & to hold ... Witness my hand & Seal this Second day of May 1820 in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & twenty and in the forty fourth year of the independence of the United States of America.
