Michael King to Henry Hollingsworth and Felix Kinan
This Indenture made this Twenty fifth day of January One thousand seven hundred and Sixty Five, Between Michael King of the County of Duplin and province of North Carolina of the One part and Henry Hollingsworth and Felix Kinan Church Wardens for Saint Gabriels Parish and County and Province aforesaid of the Other part, Witnesseth that the said Michael King for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty Pounds proclamation money to him in hand paid by the above said Church Wardens the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledged, hath granted bargained sold aliened Released and Confirmed and by these presents for himself and his heirs doth grant bargain sell alien Release and confirm unto the above said Church Wardens for the use of the above said parish forever,

A certain tract or parcel of land Containing Two hundred Acres lying and being in Duplin County and Province aforesaid beginning at a large Pine by the side of a path Running along a line of marked trees to the head of a Branch above the Plantation whereon Henry King deceased formerly lived thence Running down said Branch to Hood's Swamp thence down the said Swamp to a Gum in the mouth of said swamp thence Running up the Six Run Swamp 46 chanes to a Gum in said swamp thence No. 30 East 38 chanes to a Pine thence a Direct course to the first station

together with all ... to have & to Hold ... In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Fixt my seal This Twenty Fifth day of January One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Five the word of there Sucessors Enterlined.
