This Indenture made this third day of february in the year of Our Lord 1826 between alexander Gray, agent and attorney of Aaron Lambeth of the County of Marion and State of Indiana of the one part and Samuel Lambeth senior, of the County of Davidson, and state of North Carolina, or the other part. Witnesseth that the said Alexander Gray attorney for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred Dollars to him in hand paid and for and in consideration of the further sum of Seventy Dollars which the said Samuel hath heretofore paid to the said Aron hath by virtue of a power of attorney made to him the said Alexander Gray, by the aforesaid Aron Lambeth bearing date the 12th Day of April 1824 and registered in the registers office of Davidson County, Granted bargained Sold and reconveyed and by these presents doth Grant bargain sell and reconvey unto the said Samuel lambeth all that tract or parcel of Land lying & being in the said County of Davidson, on the waters of Uharie known by the name of the locust thicket and being part of one of M. Cullock's Surveys

Beginning at a Red oak No. 35 running thence East fifty Seven and a half Chains, to a white oak, thence North thirty seven Chains to a pile of stones thence west fifty seven and a half Chains to a pile of Stones and white oak Saplin adjoining Joshua Lee's Lands then South with said Lee's line to the beginning Containing by estimation two hundred and twelve acres and one half, It Being a tract of Land which was conveyed by deed bearing date the 17th of April 1819 by the said Samuel Lambeth to his said son Aron Lambeth

with all and Singular ... In Witness whereof the said Alexander Gray hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year Above Written.
