This Indenture made this 17th day of April 1819, Between Samuel Lambeth senr. of the County of Rowan & state of North Carolina of the one part & Aaron Lambeth of the County and state aforesaid son of the said Samuel Lambeth of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Samuel Lambeth as well for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which he hath & bareth unto the Aaron Lambeth his son as also for the better maintenance & prefferment of the said A. Lambeth hath given granted aliened enfeoffed & confirmed & by these presents doth give grant alien enfeoff & confirm unto the said Aaron Lambeth all that messuage or Tenement of land lying in the County & state aforesaid on the waters uwarra Known by title of Locust Thicket lands some of McCullock's Survey

Beginning at a Red oak No. 35 Runs East 57 ½ chs. to a white oak Thence South 37 chs. to a pile of stones Thence West 57 ½ chs. to a pile of stones & little white oak saplin adjoining Joshua Lee's Lands. Thence south with said Lee's line to the Beginning Containing by Estimation Two hundred twelve & a half acres

with all and singular ... To have and to hold ... In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal the day & date first above written.

The execution of the within deed of Gift was duly proven in open Court by David Mock a subscribing witness recorded and ordered to be Registered.  D. Mock CCC
