The State of Mississippi Clark County } Know all men by these presents that I Mark M. Mitchell of the county and state aforesaid in consideration of the sum of five hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by John Mitchell of the county and state aforesaid, the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge have remised released and forever Quitclaimed and by these presents do remise release and forever Quitclaim unto the said John Mitchell his heirs and assigns forever, the following discribed Lots or parcels of Land to wit Lot No. Twenty-one (21) in Square No. six (6); fronting Chocktaw Street containing one hundred and five feet front and Runing back one hundred and five feet and also Lot No. five (5) in Square No. Two (2) fronting Main Street, containing one hundred and five feet front and Runing back one hundred and five feet situate in the Town of Quitman and State of Mississippi.
