John & Thomas Watts To Mark M. & Peter Mitchel } Deed
The State of Mississippi Clark County }
Know all men by these presence that we John Watts and Thomas Watts of the County and State aforesaid in consideration of the Sum of Fifty dollars to us in hand paid by Mark M. & Peter Mitchel of the County and State aforesaid, the recipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have remised released and forever quit-claim and do by these presence remise release and forever quitclaimed unto the Said Mark M. & Peter Mitchel their heirs and assigns forever, the Following Lot or parcel of Land To wit

Lot No. 28 in Square No. Seven fronting main street containing sixty five feet front and running back one hundred and five feet Situate lying and being in the Town of Quitman in the State of Mississippi.

To have and to hold ... In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals This 18th day of October AD 1836.

Know all men by these presence that we John Watts & Thomas Watts of the County and State aforesaid in consideration of the Sum of one hundred and twenty Dollars to us in hand Paid by Mark M. Mitchel of the County and State aforesaid, the Recipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have remised released and forever quitclaimed and do by these presence remise release and forever quitclaim unto the Said Mark M. Mitchel his heirs and assigns forever, the following described Lot or Parcel of Land (to wit)

Lot No. five in Square No. two fronting main Street containing one hundred and five feet front and running back the Same feet Situate in the Town of Quitman in the State of Mississippi.

To have and to hold ... In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals This 18th day of October AD 1836.
