This Indenture made the 10th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty five between John Heath of Craven County and Province of North Carolina Planter of the one part and Henry Heath of the same County and Province aforesaid Planter of the other part, Witnesseth: that the said John Heath Senr. for the love and good will that I bear to the said Henry Heath his heirs exrs. admrs. and assigns forever do give grant alien enfeoff confirm and set over unto the said Henry Heath his heirs exrs. or assigns a certain tract or parcel of land lying on the south side of Neuse river and I the said John Heath for myself my heirs exrs. admrs. are hereby fully satisfied and contented.

Beginning at a Red Oak near the head of Gordins branch and runs So. 15 East 160 Poles to a Red Oak then No. 15 Est. 143 poles then No. 15 Wst. 115 poles then the various courses of the said branch to the first station containing 127 acres of land be the same more or less.

To have and to hold ... as witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year above written.
