This Indenture made this 30th Day of May in the year 1760. Between John Heath of Craven County of the one part and Benjamin Williams of Johnston County in the province above mentioned of the other part. Witnesseth that the said John Heath for and in consideration of the sum of Four pounds ten shillings proc. to me in hand paid the receipt whereof I do acknowledge myself fully satisfied and paid have Given Granted bargained and sold unto the above Benjamin Williams a Certain Tract or parcel of Land being in Craven County on the west side of the half moon swamp being part of the Tract of Land the said Heath bought of Benjamin Cooper

beginning at a white oak formerly loftain's but now Holloways Corner runs N 50 E along said Heath's line to the part of North bank or hill of a small branch runing out of the half moon swamp above the mouth then along the part of the said hill to the main road then along the foot of the hill down to a white oak then to an Ash standing in a little branch then along a line of Marked Trees and the foot of the hill to a sweet Gum on the run of the half moon at the old mill then up the medows of the said run to the first Station Containing Twelve acres be the same more or less.
