Edgell from Edgell } Memorandum the following Deed was Recorded the fourteenth day of February Seventeen hundred and Seventy.
 This Indenture made the thirteen day of December in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and sixty nine Between James Edgell of Dorchester County and Province of Maryland of the one part and Benjamin Edgell son of the aforesaid James Edgell and of the same County and Province aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said James Edgell for and in consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling Money of Great Brittain to him in hand paid and for Divers other Causes and Consideration more Espetially moveing in thereto I do hereby Acknowledge and of every part thereof Doth Acquit Release and Discharge the said Benjamin Edgell his heirs Executors and Administrators forever by these Presents hath given granted bargained sold Released Enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth freely clearly and Absolutely give grant bargain sell Release Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Benjamin Edgell his heirs and assigns forever a Tract of Land Called an Addition to Phleharty's Desire Scituate lying and being in the County aforesaid. Beginning for the out bounds of the whole Tract at a marked white oak standing on the South East side of the Plantation on which Benjamin Edgell Father of the aforesaid James formarly Lived it being the

Beginning tree of a Tract of Land Called Addition to Sarahs Delight then runs south forty Seven Degrees West five Perches then North West twenty two Perches then South west one hundred and fifty Perches the South East twenty Perches then south West thirty six perches then North one hundred and fifty fore perches then north north West twelve perches then North five Degrees West Seventy perches then north seventy degrees East sixty four perches then south sixteen degrees East ninety perches then North East thirty perches then South East forty perches then north East fifty perches then north thirty one degrees West eighteen perches then North thirty five degrees East twenty two perches then South Seventy four perches then with a Straight line to the first Beginning Containing one hundred and sixteen Acres and an half Acre more or less

together with all ... To have and to hold ... In Witness whereof the Partis to these presents hath Interchangably set his hand and seal the Day and year first above Written.
