James Campbell & James Beard, Admrs, vs. Joseph McKenzie. Ordered that John Currence, Wm Fergus & John McCaw be appointed auditors, to meet on the fourth Monday in July inst. at the Mill of Joseph McKenzie, & sit untill they have adjusted the Acct. of the Pff. and Defendant & that the Clerk of the Court be impowered to administer oaths to the witnesses, and that the auditors return their award to the next Court, and the award of the said auditors or any two of them shall be the Judgment of the Court.
