State of Tennessee Knox County } William Clift enters one hundred and sixty acres of land lying in said County, in the fork of French broad & Holston. Beginning on a black oak in Horns hollow at Alexander McMillans line, running East with sd. line two hundred poles, thence south Two hundred & fifty poles, thence Two hundred & fifty poles West, thence North with the meandrings of Horns hollow to the beginning. Entered the 5th day of July 1824.

State of Tennessee Knox County } William Clift enters fifty acres of land lying in sd. County, in the fork of Frenchbroad & Holston, near the waters of Lyons's creek, bounded by lands of the heirs of William Walker decd., Alexander McMillan & Horns hollow. Beginning on a hickory sd. McMillans corner, thence south one hundred & fifty poles to a stake, thence to the head of Horns hollow, thence down the hollow to sd. McMillans line, thence with sd. line to the beginning. Entered the 7th day of July 1824.

By virtue of an entry No. 180 for 50 acres dated the 7th of July 1824.
I have surveyed for William Clift fifty acres of land in sd. County in the fork of French broad and Holston river on the dividing ridge. Beginning at a hickory a corner of Alexander McMillen's tract thence south one hundred and fifty poles to a pine near the top of a ridge thence East fifty four poles to a chestnut thence North one hundred and fifty poles to two small hickory saplings in sd. McMillin's line thence with sd. line West fifty four poles to the beginning surveyed the 13th of August 1824.

County in the fork of French broad and Holston river on the dividing ridge beginning at two small hickory saplins in Alexander mcMillin's line thence East with sd. line twenty six poles to a spanish oak thence south seventy two poles to a post oak thence East one hundred and forty nine poles to a pine thence south one hundred and forty six poles to a pine thence West one hundred and seventy five poles to two chestnutts thence North to the beginning surveyed 13th of August 1824.
