Maryville Tuesday 25th March 1834.

Abraham Wallace vs. John L. Yarnell, Daniel Yarnell & Wm. Keith } Debt.
 This day came the parties by their attornies and the death of the plaintiff is suggested since the institution of this suit, and on motion this suit is revived in the name of John Wallace and Zebulon B. Wallace Executors of the Last Will and testament of Abraham Wallace deceased and the cause continued until the next term of this Court.

John Wallace and Zebulon B. Wallace Executors of the last Will and Testament of Abraham Wallace deceasd. vs. John L. Yarnell, Daniel Yarnell & William Keith } Debt.
 Came the parties by their attornies, and therefrom came a jury, to wit: Thomas J. Yount, James Clagh, John Brown, John Keys, John Jones, Jeffrey Johnston, Georg Hutsel, Charles W. Norwood, Robert Caldwell, Solomon Kelly, Jeremiah Murry, & John Frow, who being elected tried and sworn well and truly to try the issue joined, upon their oaths do say the defendants have not paid the plaintiff debt of five Hundred Dollars in the Declaration mentioned as in pleading they have alledged, and they assess the plaintiffs damage by reason of the declaration thereof to the sum of fifty two dollars & fifty cents.
 It is therefore considered by the Court that the plaintiffs recover against the said defendants the sum of five Hundred dollars, the amount of the debt in the declaration mentioned, together with the further sum of fifty two dollars & fifty cents, the damages aforesaid by the jury aforesaid together with all costs in this behalf expended for all of which execution may issue.
