The Last Will & Testament of Thomas Huston will 1812 P 1813 Know all people by these presence, that I Thomas Huson Senr. of the County of Lincoln & State of North Carolina, calling to mind the mortality of all men & being of great age & very frail, yet blessed by Almighty God, enjoying the use of my reasoning powers, do make & ordain this my last will & testament in manner & form following. Viz. First. I will all my Just debts be paid. Secondly. I give to the heirs of my son John Huson decd. the balance of a bond & the interest thereon, given by him to me, bearing date the 26th day of Jany. 1788. Thirdly. I give to the heirs of my daughter Susannah Carter decd. the Sum of five Shillings. Fourthly. I give my son Edward Huson, all the debts on every account due me from him. Also I lend him & his wife during their natural life two Negroes Viz. a girl named Molly & a boy named Edmund. And at their death sd. Negroes with the increase (if any) I give to Stephens Huson, son of sd. Edward Huson. Fifthly. I give to my daughter Rebekah Beaty one mare & one feather bed & furniture, that she now has in possession. I also lend her one Negroe girl named Fan, during her natural life & at her death, I give sd. negroe to the above mentioned Stephens Huson. Sixthly. I give to my son David Huson two Negroes Viz. Toney & Grace. Seventhly. I give to my son Thomas Huson two Negroes, Viz. Green & Creacy which Creacy he now has in possession. Eighthly. I give to my son Mason Huson the following Negroes Viz. Dick, Phillis, James, Stephen, Lewis, Temp, Siley, Eliza Jane, Anny, Merriman, Andrew, & Mona, together with all my stock of horses, cattle, sheep, hogs, household & Kitchen furniture & all farming utensils. Ninthly. I lend my daughter Elizabeth Ford one Negroe girl named Pat, with her increase during her natural life, & at her death sd. Negroes I give to be equally divided between Maryann Huson, daughter to my son David Huson, & Elizabeth Rabb daughter of my son Thos. Huson, moreover I give my daughter Elizabeth Ford, one horse & one feather bed & furniture, which she has in possession. Tenthly. I give my grand daughter Elizabeth Huson daughter of my son Mason Huson, one Negroe girl named Creacy. Lastly. I Nominate & appoint my son Mason Huson Executor of this my last Will & testament, revoking & disannulling all other but this only.
